Nexus.xMs to C-GL Finals!

First, we'd like to apologize for the lack of updates! It has been a busy time for many Nexus Members!

We would like to congratulate Nexus.xMs for reaching the finals of the C-GL 5v5 Infantry Only Conquest Tournament! Nexus.xMs is a newly formed team comprised of new players and veterans from Nexus.BF3. xMs bested four opponents to reach the finals over the course of the past month. Just recently, they defeated Zero Talent Gaming on Damavand Peak in the Semi-Finals to put them in a position to take on 5v5 powerhouse, So Awesome.

We wish Nexus.xMs best of luck in the finals!

Welcome to the twenty-sixth installment of the Nexus update, where Nexus Gaming discusses its activities in professional gaming!

CEVO Roundup!

This season, Nexus Gaming competed in 3 games in CEVO: DOTA 2, Black Ops 2, and Battlefield 3. All the results are in, and we can now discuss how our teams fared!

Nexus.Quintic (Call of Duty: Black Ops 2) has been unstoppable in Black Ops 2, recently taking first place in the TWL Inaugural Tournament and League. It is no surprise that they also won CEVO Season 1, beating Team Talent 13-11 on Yemen to maintain their perfect record. Nexus Gaming would like to congratulate Quintic on their amazing performances and wish them the best of luck in their upcoming competitions! Quintic is expected to compete in several upcoming tournaments - so keep an eye out for them!

Nexus.DOTA (DOTA2) has improved considerably in the past weeks, moving up from a potential top-5 team to a clear and resounding top-3. The team placed 3rd in CEVO Season 1 as well as the Symphony Tournament. We congratulate Nexus.DOTA on their tremendous work ethic and improvement, well done! Nexus.DOTA is poised to compete in a range of other tournaments and leagues, and we expect great things from them in the future!

Nexus.BF3 (Battlefield 3) has done very well in the face of a variety of challenges and distractions. Despite difficult schedules and other commitments, Nexus.BF3 took 4th in CEVO Season 1. Nexus.BF3's run ended in a close loss (76-112) to rivaL Gaming on Epicenter. Congratulations to Nexus.BF3 on their effort and progress! Nexus.BF3 wishes to thank the Battlefield community for coming together to create a fun and challenging season - it was great to see some old teams come back, news teams come together, and everyone improve. We hope to see this community grow, not only for CEVO Season 2, but for Battlefield 4 as well.

Welcome to the twenty-fifth installment of the Nexus update, where Nexus Gaming discusses its activities in professional gaming!

Nexus.Quintic wins TWL 5v5 Search & Destroy Season 1!

Nexus.Quintic proves why they are the #1 North-American Call of Duty team once again. In a dominant display, Quintic bested Rage Quit 26-10 in the two map finals! Nexus won 13-3 on Plaza and 13-7 on Raid. The cast of both matches can be found here.

Nexus.Quintic looks forward to the CEVO playoffs and other potential tournaments.
